BLT Chicken Salad

Talk about a quick meal! This one is ready in about 15 minutes and would make great lunches for the week, too!

This makes about 10 servings.

NOTES I used a rotisserie chicken and I also cut the recipe in half.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped

  • 1 lb bacon, diced and cooked until crisp

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • 1/2 small red onion, diced small

  • 2 stalks celery, diced

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
