Outback Copycat Alice Springs Chicken

Alice Springs Chicken has always been something I love to order when I go to Outback Steakhouse and now I make it at home!

This makes about 4 servings.

Notes for this recipe - We seared our chicken in bacon grease on the stovetop before putting it in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced

  • 16 oz chicken breast boneless, skinless

  • Seasoning Salt

  • 1 Honey Mustard Sauce (recipe below)

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked

  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

    Honey Mustard Sauce

    • ¾ cup mayonnaise

    • ¼ cup honey

    • 2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
