BBQ Chicken Pizza
Sometimes we look for new and creative ways to change up our same old lunches. This Dill Pickle Chicken Salad changed up the regular chicken salad we normally make and we loved it!
This makes about 6 servings.
Notes: I used one can of chicken, drained and omitted the extra salt. I also used a poblano pepper instead of a jalapeno.

Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about ⅔ lb.)
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
½ Tbsp cooking oil
¼ cup BBQ sauce
Pizza:
1 prepared pizza dough
½ cup BBQ sauce
4 oz. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 jalapeño (optional), sliced
¼ cup sliced red onion
