One Pan Beef and Broccoli
Our whole family loved this easy dish - even more than takeout!
This makes about 8 servings.
Notes: I halved this recipe for our family (only making 4 servings). I do recommend doubling the amount of sauce though!

Ingredients
2 lb beef, sliced very thin
4 cup broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves (pressed)
1 cup hot water
5 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp corn starch
3 Tbsp sesame oil
