1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp each salt & pepper

1/2 stick of butter
1 finely chopped onion

Here’s how to make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut chicken in half and season your chicken (using seasonings listed above)
In skillet on medium-high heat pour in your olive oil and a teaspoon of butter and brown your chicken (don’t cook all the way through).
Set aside in a greased baking dish.
Once chicken is browned, add butter and chopped onion sautéing until translucent
Add garlic, finely chopped cilantro, 1 half of lime juice and stir around for 1-2 mins.
Add in your chicken broth and heavy whipping cream. And bring to a soft boil.
Pour sauce over your chicken and bake at 350 for 45 mins.
Serve chicken with white rice boiled in chicken broth. The sauce is absolutely amazing and flavorful served over the rice.
