Creamy Lemon Chicken Pasta
Using a rotisserie chicken for this dish was just the way to go. This meal came together so quickly and was so delicious. For sure a “go-backer”.
This makes about 4 servings.
NOTES Next time I’d use a little more lemon just to enhance the flavor a bit more!

Ingredients
8 oz uncooked pasta
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tbsp flour
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup chicken broth/veg broth or dry white wine
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice + zest of 1/2 lemon
1 cup heavy/whipping cream
2 cups cooked/rotisserie chicken shredded
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Garnish: fresh parsley & extra parm optional
