Everyone’s Favorite Meatloaf
If you don’t love meatloaf because of the tomato based ingredients, try this one! It does NOT disappoint!
This recipe makes about 6-8 servings.
Notes for this recipe - I used a pound of ground beef and a pound of meatloaf mix.

Ingredients
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, divided
2 lbs meatloaf mix or ground beef
1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup water
1-2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
4-5 slices of regular bacon
Here’s how to make it
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix well 1/2 cup of soup, beef or meatloaf mix, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt and garlic.
Put into a meatloaf pan and layer bacon across top of the meatloaf so the entire top is covered.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cooked through.
In small saucepan, mix remaining soup, water and 2-3 Tbsp of drippings from the meatloaf over med. heat.
Serve as a gravy over your meatloaf!
