Instant Pot Chicken Marsala
I don’t know why I was always intimidated to attempt Chicken Marsala, but now that I’ve tried this recipe I’m hooked!!
This recipe makes about 4 servings.
Notes for this recipe - You can make this on the stovetop if you prefer!

Ingredients
1–2 pounds of chicken thighs (or boneless tenderloins if you prefer)
4 tsp butter
olive oil spray
2 cups sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp diced shallots
3 cloves of garlic minced
salt & pepper
garlic powder
3/4 cup of Marsala wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 Tbsp corn starch
