Lemon Herb Rice
This Lemon Herb Rice will brighten any meal. It’s so light and refreshing!
This makes about 4 servings.
Notes: I used regular white rice and replaced coconut oil with butter.

Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice rinsed;
1 tablespoon coconut oil
¼ teaspoon salt
½ lemon zested
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups stock
½ lemon juiced
