Sloppy Dogs
It’s time to rethink the hot dog! This sauce is so delicious and makes a great twist on a traditional, common dish.
This recipe makes about 8-10 servings.
Notes for this recipe - I halved this recipe for our family.

Ingredients
2 lbs hot dogs
1 stick of butter
1 large onion, diced
15 oz ketchup
1 Tbsp mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/4 cup white vinegar
Here’s how to make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt butter on medium-low heat in a medium saucepan.
Once melted, add onions and cook until tender.
Add all other ingredients (except the hot dogs) and heat through.
Lay hot dogs in a casserole dish and pour sauce over top.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Serve on hot dog buns and slaw on the side!
