Valentine’s Dirt Cake Parfaits

Dirt cake is one of the easiest, yet yummiest, desserts. Here’s a way to make it more “Valentinesy” (a Mandy word).

This makes about 6-7 parfaits.

Notes for this recipe - Add red food coloring to the cream cheese/pudding mixture! I also topped these with red sprinkles instead of more cookie crumbles.

Dirt Cake is always a hit, but these are Valentine’s Dirt Cake parfaits…even MORE special!!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 8 oz cool whip

  • 1 box instant white chocolate pudding mix or vanilla

  • 1.5 cups milk

  • 2 sleeves Oreos

  • extra Oreos for garnish
