Air Fryer Fish Tacos

You can definitely grill your fish for these tacos, but we changed up the recipe a bit to fit our needs! See the notes below

This makes about 4 servings.

NOTES We decided to do a panko bread crumb coating, so we first tossed our fish in flour, then did an egg wash, and followed by tossing in a mixture of panko and fajita seasoning. We threw these in the air fryer for about 8 minutes at 400 F. They were perfect!

Crispy, flaky fish tacos are the most perfect summer food if you ask me!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh white fish, skinned and deboned

  • 1 lime, zested and juiced

  • 1 packet fajita seasoning mix (1.25oz packet)

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 12 corn tortillas

  • 3 cups tri-color coleslaw

  • ¼ cup cilantro lime sauce
