Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs
If you love BBQ chicken, but don’t have a grill - never fear! This is SUPER easy and you’d never think it wasn’t grilled!
This makes about 4 servings.
NOTES We added 3 diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce for a smokier flavor.

Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, fat trimmed
