The Best Crockpot Pulled Pork

Pulled pork is GREAT on the smoker, but you can still have amazing pulled pork from the Crockpot, meaning you don’t have to go outside in the heat AND you don’t have to heat up your kitchen!

This makes about 8 servings.

NOTES We topped our sammies with cole slaw and sriracha sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4lb shoulder pork roast

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 large cloves garlic

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tsp coarse Kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ Sauce
