Baked Potato Slices
I love tater skins- well, the inside of them. But doing them in slices means less skin and you still get all the goodness! The ranch powder really sets these off!!
This makes about 4-6 servings.
NOTES The original recipes says to use Italian seasoning, but I swapped it out for ranch seasoning and Iβm SO happy I did!

Ingredients
3 russet potatoes, scrubbed clean
1 Tbsp vegetable oil, Canola or Olive Oil work as well
Salt/Pepper, to taste
2.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slices bacon, uncooked
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning OR Ranch Seasoning
2 green onions, diced
