Baked Potato Slices

I love tater skins- well, the inside of them. But doing them in slices means less skin and you still get all the goodness! The ranch powder really sets these off!!

This makes about 4-6 servings.

NOTES The original recipes says to use Italian seasoning, but I swapped it out for ranch seasoning and I’m SO happy I did!

Ingredients

  • 3 russet potatoes, scrubbed clean

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil, Canola or Olive Oil work as well

  • Salt/Pepper, to taste

  • 2.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 6 slices bacon, uncooked

  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning OR Ranch Seasoning

  • 2 green onions, diced
