Beef Fajita Skillet

We loved this dish! It takes Rice a Roni to another level and makes it the star of the show instead of just a side dish.

This makes about 6 servings.

Notes: I used a can of diced green chiles instead of the jalapenos.

Beef Fajita Skillet is so quick and your family will love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz) beef flavored Rice-a-Roni

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 2 tbs fajita seasoning

  • 1 4 oz diced jalapenos (optional)

  • 2 1/2 cups hot water

  • 1/2 cup salsa

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar jack or Mexican blend cheese
