Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

If you have just a few pantry staples and some canned or rotisserie chicken, you’ll have dinner on the table in no time flat with this simple Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells recipe!

This makes about 6-8 servings.

NOTES I didn’t use all the shells from the 12 oz box. I ran out of room in the pan and I ran out of filling before I used them all.

What a fun way to change up the normal chicken alfredo!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz jumbo shells

  • FOR THE FILLING:

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp basil

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese (divided)

  • 2 cups shredded chicken (seasoned with a little salt and pepper)

  • FOR ASSEMBLY:

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
