Creamy Chicken Taco Soup

Another great Crockpot soup for those cold winter days!

This makes about 8 servings.

NOTES I halved the amount of cream cheese because….Steven. :) But I made up for it by adding sour cream and it was still wonderful! I also added a bit of ranch dressing powder in!

*If you want to watch the video of this being made, this recipe starts at the 0:10 mark.

We all loved this one, even Steven - and yes, there’s some cream cheese in there. :)

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • (1) 14 oz. can of black beans Rinsed and Drained

  • 1 cup frozen corn

  • (1) 8 oz. can of diced tomatoes with green chilies

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning

Here’s how to make it
