Chocolate Banana Ice box Cake
This “pudding cake” is so easy and only uses 4 ingredients! Feel free to change this up, too. For instance, you could use vanilla pudding and strawberries instead of the chocolate and banana! Your family will love this one for sure.
This recipe makes about 8-10 servings.

Ingredients
1 large box of cook and serve chocolate pudding (5 oz)
1 large banana
3 cups milk
1 individual Pack of graham crackers. (Not the whole box just one of the packs)
1 square baking pan
Here’s how to make it
Start with cooking chocolate pudding with milk.
After thickening put aside to slightly cool.
Take square baking pan line bottom with layers of graham crackers so they fit all space of pan.
Pour a little chocolate pudding on top of graham crackers.
Slice banana and place half of the banana randomly around pudding.
Layer graham cracker again over pudding and follow with more chocolate pudding and banana.
Top of pan should end with pudding and then crumble graham cracker and sprinkle on top.
Place this dessert in refrigerator for couple hours to chill.
Serve with either spooning out or cut in squares.
Top with cool whip or whip cream.
