Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup
I love a classic chicken noodle soup. This one does not disappoint.
This recipe makes about 8 servings.

Ingredients
1 medium yellow onion, diced
4 medium carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
8 cups chicken broth
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 bay leaves
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
8 oz egg noodles
handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped for garnish if desired
Auntie Nono’s Everything Seasoning, to taste
Here’s how to make it
In a large slow cooker, add the onion, carrot, celery, garlic, chicken stock, chicken breasts, bay leaves, thyme, and rosemary. Season with Auntie Nono’s to taste. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove the chicken breasts and chop or shred with two forks. Add back into slow cooker.
Cook egg noodles separately and add to the slow cooker.
Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and top with fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
