Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake

This recipe makes about 4 servings.

Notes for this recipe - Double this to make for a larger crowd! If you’d prefer, you could add one more egg to the recipe I’ve typed below. I just prefer it to be less “eggy”.

Cinnamon Roll French Toast bake is taking regular cinnamon rolls to the next level!

Ingredients

  • 1 tube cinnamon rolls, refrigerated, with icing

  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Here’s how to make it

  • Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Set it aside.

  • Pour the butter on the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish. Spread the cinnamon roll pieces evenly over the butter. Then pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls. Pour maple syrup over the mixture.

  • Bake at 375°F for 25 min.

  • Top with the icing from the cinnamon rolls.

  • Enjoy!
