Crockpot Ham and Potato Chowder
Crockpot soups make me happy. They are quick and easy to throw together and always warm you up at the end of a long day.
This recipe makes about 8 servings.
Notes for this recipe - You could freeze leftovers!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Diced ham
3 cups Cubed potatoes
1 Can of Cheddar cheese soup
1 Can of cream of celery soup
1 Can corn, drained
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
3 - 4 cups Chicken stock(depending how thick you want it)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Heavy cream
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Green onions and crumbled bacon for garnish
Hereβs how to make it
Add all ingredients except heavy cream and shredded cheese.
Cook low for 6-8 hours until potatoes are done
When done, add heavy cream and 2 cups shredded cheese.
Garnish with crumbled bacon, cheese and green onions
