Thai Chicken and cabbage skillet

This recipe makes about 6 servings and takes about 20 minutes to make.

Thai Chicken and Cabbage Skillet is so quick to make!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 16 oz coleslaw mix

  • 2 medium carrots, grated

  • 2–3 green onions, sliced

  • 1 tsp Auntie Nono’s Firecracker Sea Salt

  • pepper, to taste

  • Sriracha sauce, for serving

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 Tbsp honey

  • 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • I substituted Auntie Nono’s Firecracker Sea Salt in place of kosher salt. I also opted to leave the cilantro out.
