Thai Chicken and cabbage skillet
We love Thai food and this one is healthy and easy to make. It’s a win-win!

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 lb ground chicken
16 oz coleslaw mix
2 medium carrots, grated
2–3 green onions, sliced
1 tsp Auntie Nono’s Firecracker Sea Salt
pepper, to taste
Sriracha sauce, for serving
SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil

I substituted Auntie Nono’s Firecracker Sea Salt in place of kosher salt. I also opted to leave the cilantro out.
