Crockpot Spicy Mac N Cheese

Who doesn’t love mac n cheese? Our family loves spicy food, so marrying the two together was a huge hit for us!

This makes about 10 servings.

Notes for this recipe - Feel free to change up the cheeses! Also, we added a little cayenne to ours too.

Spicy Mac n Cheese in the Crockpot is a great twist on a classic side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Elbow Macaroni

  • 10 oz Rotel (I used the Hot kind)

  • 2 ½ cups whole milk

  • 12 oz evaporated milk

  • 1 tsp mustard powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • ¼ cup butter

  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, grated

  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese or American cheese
