GROUND BEEF MONGOLIAN NOODLES
We LOVE Asian inspired dishes in our house, especially when they are quick and easy to make.
This recipe makes about 8 servings and only takes about 15-20 minutes to prepare!! Perfect for a busy weeknight.
Notes for this recipe - If you’d prefer, feel free to use rice noodles with this. I used linguine noodles, but you can use whatever you prefer!

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
4 tsp ginger paste
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
4 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
10 oz noodles (I use linguine)
1 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp water
3-4 green onions, sliced (for garnish at end)
