Hot Italian Sub Sliders
Steven and Cole LOVE a restaurant called Firehouse Subs. They really love the Italian and they love that it’s a hot sandwich. I wanted to recreate something similar in slider form. This was perfect!
This makes about 6 servings.

Ingredients
1 package Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls
1-2 lbs of deli meats (I used ham, and different salamis)
6-8 slices provolone cheese
sliced banana peppers
roasted red peppers (I didn’t use them this time, but they would be great)
any other toppings you’d like!
1/2 stick butter
Italian seasoning or Mr. Stick’s Steakhouse Herb and Garlic seasoning
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
Here’s how to make it
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut rolls in half and remove tops and set aside.
Melt butter and add Italian seasoning or Mr. Sticks to taste, also add dijon mustard. Stir to combine.
Brush 1/3 of butter mixture on bottom half of rolls.
Layer meats and then top with cheese and any other toppings (peppers, etc)
Place top half of rolls back on top and brush with remaining butter mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
