Sometimes you just want a crowd-pleasing dinner that hardly takes any time to prepare. This Instant Pot Taco Pasta is the perfect recipe!

This makes about 8 servings.

Notes: Feel free to use whatever blend of cheese you would like! You could also use sour cream instead of heavy cream in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, 85-90% lean

  • 1 yellow onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning

  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce

  • 1 cup mild salsa, homemade or store-bought

  • 3 cups beef stock

  • 12 ounces uncooked medium pasta shells

  • 6 ounces cheddar cheese, about 1 ½ cups, shredded

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
