Mandy’s Deviled Eggs
I prefer my deviled eggs to be smooth, creamy and tart! This is the recipe I make every single time and my extended family requests it every holiday!
This makes about 6 servings.
NOTES Just keep tasting the mixture and add more of whatever you prefer!

Ingredients
12 eggs
2 heaping Tbsp mayo
1/2 tsp mustard
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
paprika, sprinkled over top at the end
Here’s how to make it
Boil eggs and allow to cool. (I use the 5-5-5 Instant Pot method)
Cut eggs in half and remove yolks into a med. size bowl.
Mash yolks and add all other ingredients (except paprika) and mix well.
Put mixture into a Ziploc bag, seal and cut off one bottom corner of the bag.
Pipe into empty egg white halves and season with paprika.
