Onion Soup Mix Meatloaf

This meatloaf is super moist (I hate that word). It also has a ton of flavor!

This makes about 6-8 servings.

Notes: I used Italian bread crumbs because that’s what I had on hand.

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef

• 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

• 2 eggs

• 1 cup bread crumbs

• 3/4 cup water

• 1/3 cup ketchup

• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  GLAZE (optional)

• 1 cup ketchup

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

• 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
