Quick Pork Tenderloin Marinade

Use this marinade for your next pork tenderloin and you’ll want to make it time and time again!

This makes about 4 servings.

NOTES I used about half of the amounts listed here because I only made one small pork tenderloin.

Sweet and a little tangy, this marinade was a big hit!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped

  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
