Spicy Mississippi Pot Roast

This recipe makes about 6-8 servings.
Notes for this recipe - I couldn’t find the hot chili peppers Jessica uses, so I just used jalapenos!

Ingredients
1 3lb chuck roast or London broil
1 packet Spicy Ranch seasoning mix
1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
1 stick of butter
jar of hot chili peppers (you’ll use about 3/4 of the juice and peppers)
Here’s how to make it
Place roast in the bottom of slow cooker.
Sprinkle both seasoning packets over top of the roast and place the stick of butter on top of it all.
Add peppers and juice all around the roast.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes!
