Yum Yum Chicken (Stuffing Mix recipe)
This one dish is like Thanksgiving in a casserole. If you served it with a side of cranberry sauce, it really WOULD be like Thanksgiving!
This makes about 6 servings.
NOTES I cooked a large chicken breast in the air fryer for this recipe. It would be great with rotisserie chicken, too!

Ingredients
1½ lb chopped cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 (10.5-oz) can Cream of Chicken soup
1 (10.5-oz) can Cream of Celery soup
1 (6-oz) box cornbread stuffing, uncooked (Stove Top or Pepperidge Farm)
1 cup chicken broth
4 Tbsp melted butter
