Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes

When I first got my air fryer, I was intimidated and didn’t know where to start. It’s quickly become something we use very often! These simple parmesan red potatoes are a perfect side dish to any meal!

This makes about 4 servings.

Notes for this recipe - Use whatever type of potatoes you like, and feel free to remove the skins if you prefer.

Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes make a quick and easy side dish!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 med-large red potatoes, cubed

  • 2-3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp Auntie Nono’s Everything Seasoning (or S&P, garlic and onion powders)

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Here’s how to make it

  • Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.

  • While that’s preheating, toss your potatoes in oil, seasonings and parmesan cheese.

  • Once preheated, spray your air fryer with olive oil and throw in your potatoes and spread into a single layer.

  • Cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, remove and shake.

  • Put them back in the air fryer for another 5-10 minutes (checking on them to your preferred “doneness”).

  • Serve and enjoy!
