Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes
When I first got my air fryer, I was intimidated and didn’t know where to start. It’s quickly become something we use very often! These simple parmesan red potatoes are a perfect side dish to any meal!
This makes about 4 servings.
Notes for this recipe - Use whatever type of potatoes you like, and feel free to remove the skins if you prefer.

Ingredients
4-5 med-large red potatoes, cubed
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Auntie Nono’s Everything Seasoning (or S&P, garlic and onion powders)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Here’s how to make it
Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
While that’s preheating, toss your potatoes in oil, seasonings and parmesan cheese.
Once preheated, spray your air fryer with olive oil and throw in your potatoes and spread into a single layer.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, remove and shake.
Put them back in the air fryer for another 5-10 minutes (checking on them to your preferred “doneness”).
Serve and enjoy!
