Baked Spaghetti Pie
Plan on making spaghetti for dinner….again? Try this recipe instead!
This recipe makes about 6-8 servings.
Notes for this recipe - Use any pasta you’d like! Just be sure to undercook it a little before adding to the casserole dish.

Ingredients
8 oz dry spaghetti noodles
2 eggs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb ground beef
2 cups pasta sauce
1 Tbsp Italian seasonings
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup sour cream
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Here’s how to make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 8x8 baking/casserole dish.
Cook noodles for 5 minutes. Rinse and drain. Allow to cool.
Beat eggs and parmesan together in a small bowl and mix with noodles.
Pat noodles into the bottom of casserole dish.
Brown meat and drain, if necessary.
Add pasta sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Add Italian seasoings as well.
Sauté peppers and onions in butter. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Layer sour cream mixture on top of the noodles.
Next, pour meat sauce over top of sour cream layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F, until bubbly.
Remove from oven, add cheese all over the top and return to the oven until melted (about 3-5 minutes).
Serve and enjoy!
