Asian Cucumber Salad
I love a traditional tomato and cucumber salad in the summer and this one just tweaks it a tad to make it Asian-inspired and we LOVE it.
This makes about 6 servings.
NOTES I didn’t have an English cucumber and it was totally fine.

Ingredients
1 large Cucumber, seedless English variety, very thinly sliced
¼ sweet onion, very thinly sliced
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 Tbsp dill , minced & fresh OR ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp sugar
¼ tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
