Thai Lettuce Wraps

I’ve always loved lettuce wraps and these were no exception. The fresh ingredients gave it such a great flavor and crunch. We can’t wait to have these again!

This makes about 4 servings.

NOTES I used a full lb of ground chicken and it was the perfect amount for us! Because I used more chicken, I made a little extra sauce.
