Barbara’s Rice Pilaf

A side dish your family will want on repeat! This dish reminds me of my mom’s brown rice, but it’s just a little different. We loved it and can’t wait to make it again!

This recipe makes about 8-10 servings.

Notes for this recipe - Barbara said to use 16 oz of Minute Rice, my box was 14 oz and it was just fine!

*If you want to watch the video of this being made, this recipe starts at the 11:48 mark.

We were so shocked at how tasty this was! And so easy to make!
