The best Burgers and Fries

Normally, when we make homemade burgers and fries we have a lot of seasonings out on the counter. We make a mess trying to come up with the perfect blend of seasonings. Not anymore! We are in LOVE with Auntie Nono’s Backyard Grilling Trio!

The seasonings can make or break your homemade burgers and fries!

Ingredients

Burgers:

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef, 80/20

  • 2 Tbsp (ish) Auntie Nono’s Burger Seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

    French Fries:

  • 2 med-large russet potatoes, skin on, cut into 1/4 inch fries

  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1-2 tsp Auntie Nono’s Steakhouse Seasoned Salt

Here’s how to make it

  • Air fryer fries: Rinse your potatoes really well (after cutting into fries) and lay them in a single layer on paper towels. Pat dry. Dry them well!

  • Put them in a large bowl and toss with olive oil to coat well. Sprinkle seasonings and toss again.

  • Put in air fryer for 10 minutes on 380 F. Take them out, toss/shake and return them for another 10 minutes on 380F.

  • Serve with a few extra shakes of seasoning, if desired!
