Crockpot Beef and Broccoli
I love making Asian dishes at home and this one is in the Crockpot?!?! Yes!!! This dish turned out so great!
This makes about 4-6 servings.
NOTES I doubled the recipe since I had a 3 lb chuck roast. We served it with jasmine rice and it was delicous!

Ingredients
1 1/2 pound beef chuck roast boneless, sliced into thin strips
1 cup beef consomme or beef broth
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
3 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup cornstarch
Frozen broccoli florets about 3 cups (I used one 14 oz bag)
White or brown rice cooked
