A simple and rustic meal with loads of flavor, this Crockpot Cabbage, Sausage and Potatoes is a new favorite of mine! I love that it only took about 5 minutes to prep for the slow cooker and we all loved the flavor. Perfect for a busy weeknight!

This recipe makes about 4 servings.

Notes for this recipe - Add another smoked sausage to get a few more servings!
