Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup marg or butter (softened)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Here’s how to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.

  • Mix wet ingredients together in a larger bowl.

  • Add dry to wet until well mixed. Make sure dough doesn’t stick to your hands (if it does, add a tbsp of flour to get the right consistency)

  • Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Press a fork into the dough balls in a crisscross pattern.

  • Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Allow them to cool a bit before removing them from the pan.
